Mike I love your channel. Here’s a challenge,moor the Microsoft 365 family, I have 50 staff I send the same tasks to, they all finish them at different times. I want to create a task/to do list and then through power automation sent out weekly reminders above their tasks that need to be completed. Only sending via email the tasks the each individual has no completed. I also want to colour code the tasks, red meaning due in these then 7 days, yellow= less than 14, and green greater then 15 days. Is this doable?
