I do not know your name “way of Ramen” guy who lives in Hawaii but I absolutely adore everything you are doing and your passion for Ramen, your passion for different Japanese style noodle soups and especially the ones where you make things very simple! I am a subscriber and I am a fan, FYI. (I lived on Oahu Hawaii for only one year from summer of 1988 to 89 that’s what started getting me to like Simon and so many of the other Japanese type foods that I had there) 😊

Way of Ramen
Hi everyone! I don't do this very often but if you haven't yet watched my latest video, it would mean a lot to me if you checked it out. Yamagishi-san was not just a legendary ramen chef but also a legendary human being. Erik Bentz chef /owner of Cafe Mochiko in Cincinnati who helped me make this accessible for us home cooks in the west is also a fantastic ramen chef and my ramen senpai.
