I guess both are hard to a certain degree, but nothing that you can't get used to.

honestly both. even if you do try, you don’t want to make videos / stream since nobody is watching them and that discourages you. i want to make videos, but I always think about the fact that a couple people will watch it and won’t get any acknowledgment. the same with streaming, if nobody pops into your stream you don’t have anybody to talk to, you think about the fact that they are watching other steamers and they don’t have time for you etc. however, these aren’t the only reasons why people don’t watch your content, but I thought I’d share my opinion since the main problem of people not making as many videos is because it’s discouraging.

Both is hard in their own ways. YouTube is hard on putting out good content and getting your videos noticed. Streaming is a lot easier to get noticed but the competition is way too hard. It's a lot harder to keep a stream interesting and being consistent with your streams especially when everything you do is Live.

Streaming takes no editing. Editing is the hardest and longest part. I rest my case

Creating is by far the hardest and I’m not even talking about content creation. Talking about graphic design, 3D Design, Cinematics, Photography, motion design, etc. all that takes so much more work and is so more stressful, yet 10 times harder to grow. You’ll probably disagree, lmk why ;)

Trying to be consistent with uploads is tough. But if I slowly work my way into being consistent then that should help out the channel

YouTuber you have to upload consistently even if your busy with school sports etc.

I just started trying to do YouTube so I can’t say which one is harder but I do know YouTube is hard and editing can be a headache. The thing is at the end of the day to get a following u have to be able to attract attention and have interesting content and I don’t think i have that yet so that’s why it seems harder to me.

A youtuber is that type of person who uploads on youtube, bad or awesome, it's still called a youtuber, but it might be bad or good. You are also something else like maybe your a gamer or an animator, producer, filmmaker, it's not only the phrase "Youtuber".

Streaming can be easy. YouTuber status requires more involvement and effort which can be the most rewarding part of it.

I'm gonna say for me at least, being a streamer would be more difficult, because whenever I record a video, I make so many mistakes in my pronounciation, I stutter a lot and sometimes I speak ridiculously slow. But with editing, I can still make it look entertaining. As a streamer, you'd have to be always energetic and if you say something dumb, you can't erase it.

It depends on the person's mindset I've seen natural streamers who can talk to an audience with a natural knee jerk reaction and I've seen people who've done better with a script in hand on YouTube videos.

Even though I was never a streamer, I have live-streamed on YouTube before. Which was difficult for me.
