That's a no brainer. I laugh when people pay $3.5k a month for a 1200 sq foot condo in Hawaii, Newyork, Cali ect.... plus another $ 700 in HOA fees $4.2k a month on a 780k condo... When that $4.2k monthly could have went to a 925k 1800 sq ft home with no or minimal HOA fees. If your single and want to be in the city. I get it. But if you have a wife and kids their is absolutely no reason to have your wife and kids sharing te elevator with some building mate just coming home at 9am after a night of coke. They deserve a home. Not a shared building
