Feel free to comment your own ideas! I’m no beauty guru but since so many of you have asked for my hair care routine, I thought it would be cool to add a twist... let me know your ideas please 🤗

Love your videos! I would watch all the options you suggested. Would love your thoughts on how to reduce saddlebag thighs. Specifically, exercises to activate the inner thigh muscles before a full leg workout

Could you do a “do fitness myths actually work”, such as apple cider vinegar and all of that? 😃

5 weeks into training again (after 4 year hiatus) and I have come across your channel. I have binged watched so many videos and will continue to do so. I've never watched anyone who has put things in such an easy to understand format. After two children and an unhealthy diet my poor body has suffered but watching your tips and no nonsense advice has helped me immensely with what I spend my time on in the gym. Thank you! Keep doing what you're doing!

Maybe this has been addressed before, and I know this is a natural thing to have if you are a woman, but maybe ways to reduce cellulite (the real approach, which characterizes you, your own experience with it, what you have seen with other people... ). Thank you, Shelley!

Shelley! I’ve done your “Target the underbutt” workout and it feels as if I had never done glute workout before, I love it! Would suggest to do another workout video for other part of the glutes. Thank you so much for your videos :).

Hi! I wrote this in another comment but I think you could elaborate on how to become less reactive, i.e. to be less stressed and such. You mention it briefly in the video I commented, think it was in the muffin top video But anyways you're deeper approach on fitness, e.g. that you touch on the mental aspect is great and I'd like to know more!

Other topics (may or may not be of general interest): how to correct bad posture, especially, buffalo humps, rounded shoulders...; how to tone thighs, especially the upper thigh and the inner thigh; how to gain hip flexibility; we cannot make your boobs grow but can we make them perkier with exercise? Are "no-equipment required" exercises a waste of time or can you get an effective workout with your body weight alone or does it depend? What's your take on stretching? What exercises impact bone density in a positive way? Can you also explain all the process of creating muscle mass in general, how heavy should we lift, how many many repetitions, sets...?, what about rests? how long can we realistically expect to see some growth?

I could listen to you literally all day long, and just laugh and laugh. You’re sooooo funny and gorgeous too. I absolutely love your channel/content, so glad I found you. Anybody who would post hate comments about you would be mind boggling to me, but to hear you read them I’d probably die laughing 😂

How often you work out? How many times a week you train each muscle group, and what you do on rest days

I personally want to hear all about how you got rid of your cellulite as a “skinny fat” person. I’ve done tones of research on cellulite and I thought it was impossible to get rid of.

Just discovered your channel. Whole heartedly agree, weights is the way to go. I lift really heavy and love it. My body gets slightly bulky but i dont care because i feel strong and toned. However, i have a long way to go before i get to your level of toned. Thanks for making such informative videos. Sending love and light from Nepal.

I would love a video on how to work your core that doesn’t require getting on the floor. I’ve had a major back surgery and crunches are impossible
