I think other games have been more buggy
than Cyberpunk 2077, however the quality of those games has been far lower. So EVERYTHING was bad, notjust the bugs. Cyberpunk 2077 is excellent in visual style, level design, etc. Everything else being good makes the bugs stand out a lot and be much more annoying because the game *almost* functions fully. Games in the past with as many bugs usually weren't playable for far more reasons than just bugs.
