Hey John - I tried to use the Cura 4.8 settings you've got in Cura 4.9, but I'm have question for you. There's a new setting in 4.9 when adding a custom printer "Apply Extruder offsets to gcode" which I did not check when I added the A350 since you'd mentioned that these offsets only apply with certain prints that I'm not engaging in (though I did enter the offsets you'd measured with your calipers). Any clues as to what this does?
