1. Assign them a mentor. 2. Do a 360º meeting with the team. 3. Do an orientation with other departments. 4. Schedule coffee dates (virtually or otherwise) with higher-ups. 5. Give them a new employee survey after 60 (or so) days. 6. Recognize them for big wins, progress, and benchmarks over the first 6 months. 7. Finally, don’t have me come up with all the ideas for your team.
