Your description isn't very optimized to get more followers. Let's take a look together: You start off with only 1 keyword in the first sentence which is of value. Your name. Work in the keywords that describe your channel in the first sentence. "Hi, Ray Hayden here - WELCOME to the Ray Hayden Channel! Watch, Like, Comment, and Subscribe - My goals and objectives are simply stated as "Watching and Supporting," because I have a huge interest in assisting other YouTube Creators in growing their channels while also continuing to grow myself." I do like the keywords which you get into farther along down in this paragraph as it describes what I'm aware of as a lot of your draw to your channel other than all the random search that your educational videos of course get you. "My focus is on Asynchronous Open and Distance Learning (AODL), Open and Distance Learning (ODL), and Distance Learning (DL)." I don't actually know what this is having supported you for a while. Maybe a little more about that? "However, I make a variety of videos on different subject matter, but all of it tries to stay true to educational information." Hmmm, try ending with a call to action with what you want the viewers to do. I hope you don't mind the unsolicited advice. You've taught me so much, that when I read this, I wanted to give back a little. Sincerely, Your YouTube friend, DE Nichols
