Quarantine Escape Flight MUHA to KMIA
It's been 19 weeks, four days and 14 hours since I began quarantine … but who's counting? Well, I am of course! But I refuse to be constrained or dismayed by it. So, it's time for another escape! This time I am responding to a subscriber who challenged me to fly into some bad weather – and suggested someplace in America. Well, since the news has included a hurricane passing through the Gulf of Mexico leaving damage in its wake that seemed like a good bit of "bad weather" to take on. So I picked KMIA (Miami) as my point of entry and then decided on MUHA (La Havana) in Cuba as my departure point. It's a short 249 mile flight but one that was flown by American Airlines (AA1334) every day up until the virus outbreak, so that's the flight for today. So join me why don't you!
