His refined will probably be something stupid like if unit is at full hp or enemy unit has debuff atk+6-8 and unit makes guaranteed follow up before enemy unit attacks

Reinhardt refine idea : If unit HP < or = 80% and foe innitiate combat, grand Atk, Def +6 and unit attack first. And if foe HP = 100% or if foe is affected by bonus, foe cannot made a follow up attack.
