Ava is a shallow and selfish person who treated other people very badly as she won't let them in the store just because of their appearence of their weight, because of that Ava got fired from the store which is now run by the same woman that Ava bullied and insult at the beginning of the story so Ava got what she deserved for that and she had no one to blame but herself. Beside the store is welcome to any customers matter if they're fat or very thin.
