To quote a song from back in the day..... good things come to those who wait, not to those who hesitate, so hurry up and wait upon the Lord!

Whatever you do, keep turning. When you get tired of pens, do bottle stoppers, then move on to small vases. Remember, when you wear the controller out, you already know how to change it. Also, you can still cast blanks and maybe someday you could expand your shed. Last but least, I (people) learned a lot from watching your videos. So, we’ll be looking for your posts. Enjoy the future and push the limits.

Every morning when you taste that first cup of coffee and look at the new day and talk to someone you love it's a blessing. Nothing stays the same in good times and bad. Smile and remember your friends love you and Jesus love you more

Praying for you and understand the frustration. We did a similar thing except not building a new house but remodeling one WHILE LIVING IN IT! Never realized how exhausting it was but God is good are we are very blessed. Stuart

Hi Kim, my wife and I moved six times through many states with two children. It was difficult at times but looking back over forty years, God was with us during every step. We didn’t always realize it at the time but now we see it. Watch how your family grows. It will be exciting!!! God will continue to bless you. Just watch and see!!!

Kim I know and understand exactly how you are feeling my wife and myself spent 18 months living with my mother, father and sister in law while we were building our dream home. As stressful as it was and as pleased we were to have the generosity we all got in each others nerves once in a while, but once you spend the first night in your own new home you will understand it was all worth it. Ps and since then we have been making Sunday dinner as a means to say thank you to the three people who saved us an absolute fortune whilst building our home ❤❤❤

It will happen! He is our strength and savior!…Even in times of struggle! You’ll probably here that many times! But I keep that in my wallet,so even when I open it and it’s empty I can see that! My family will pray for you Kim! You’ll have 5 extra prayers tonight from my wife and I and my 3 daughters! Hang in there!🙏

Non stop rain and heat keeping me out of the shop! erg!! Adjusting to how and when I can turn is quite frustrating from what I am used to. I had forgotten the challanges I had as a new turner. Hardly any tools or equipment. I realize how even though those tools weren't necessary, they were very helpful. Most importantly, time savers. Some tools made it possible to even accomplish most of the project I made in the past. That being said, I am struggling to make my new situation work. I am so very thankful I have what I do, that is truth! But, I am being honest. I am struggling. Not just with the shop situation. Our whole family, including my parents, are adjusting to this move. We are in the in-between, and will be for a bit longer. Hurdle after hurdle. That being said, selling a home and building new, should be an Olympic sport! just saying! lol I am trying to praise Jesus for it all even for the difficult situations. You can not get stronger without the work. Our faith is being tested and tried. The attitudes of our hearts are being worked on. It is yucky but necessary. I am thankful we do not have to do it alone! He will never leave us or forsake us. That is the Truth. Praying you all are blessed. Keep a thankful heart and praise the one who makes everything possible. 🙏 For His honor and glory!
That being said, I pray we can overcome these challenges and I can get shop time. Lord willing!
