What to do when you have intense cravings but know your body won’t feel good if you give in to them? (I become ravenous on my period and if I eat what my body tells me it wants, I end up with a stomachache and not feeling great)

Do you prioritize organic brands or produce? I know in the US that there are tons of pesticides but I’m not sure about AUS. The produce in other countries seems better

Sometimes I get a craving for peanut butter but then instead of just having a bit I empty a whole jar, it’s not normal anymore? 😂But I don’t restrict peanut butter so I don’t really understand why I always crave peanut butter
