Hi...the Sunday live chats are the best!!!..for they allow conversation from many folks telling & sharing their daily experiences w/ dealing w/ varied topics of their mental illnesses. This is helpful in realizing one isn't alone in living w/ issues & provides various coping skills others have used & received some success. Blessings to all 🙋♀
