I've made your recipe 3 times already. This last time i was able to make tortillas with your recipe. I bought a tortilla press and was able to get about 12 tortillas.

Have you tried this with the course psyllium husk? It would add more fiber I think.

After reading all your wonderful comments on the 1Carb Flatbreads, I’m planning to do do some experiments using the bread/dough to create new recipes. Such as deep fry, boil, bake... you name it. Let me know what you’d like me to try! This is going to be a mad science project but hey :) Thank you for all your support x
