We live in a society where a mothers pregnant belly is beautiful until she gives birth.

Some would say my belly looks nasty, some would advice me to cover/hide my belly, some would give me unpleasent looks & some would find me unattractive.

But to me, these stretch marks tell a story, a story of one of the most important stages of my life, a story of my biggest accomplishment, a story about how i carried my son for over 9 months & brought him into this world safe n sound.

And if you know me, you know my skin has been and still is my biggest insecurity since i suffer from extreme excma full body ( a story yall not ready for ) so having these stretch marks were a big deal to me & i wasnt happy about them.

Our bodies go through drastic changes inside out during & after pregnancy that effects our minds positively or negatively, which is why we should be more gentle and kind towards our bodies.

Through this post i want to encourage & send positive vibes to EVERYONE worried about their bodies, especially us moms because ”bouncing back” to the bodies we had pre pregancy might be a hard battle for some & not seeing bodies likes this beign out there in public that much nor praised as much as it freaking should you might think you are alone like this, well you aint. Sis is here too - i am sis - sis is me 🙋🏽‍♀️.

This is normal, are bodies are normal, we are normal, we are phenomenal. 💪🏾"
