Making what you like is more important that the algorithm. There is no joy in watching something someone does trying to make the algorithm happy. Do what makes YOU happy.

YouTube is so annoying that way, suppressing creators like that... You might need to make some mainstream stuff to get back into the algorithm but then sprinkle your cool crime videos here and there and hopefully it picks up!! I'm excited to see more 💕

Well you guys seem to be loving the true crime content but sadly youtube is still suppressing the channel so most of you haven't even seen the two latest videos. Even though it's some of the most fun I've had making content in a long time, I might have to just go back and make more mainstream stuff the algorithm prefers to get us back in action. It's sad that this is the way the platform works but it is what it is I guess.
EDIT: I'll still make true crime content. I just need to figure out if I should continue making it here on my main channel or just try it out from scratch on my 2nd channel @recapped8797 I'll update you guys regardless but go sub there if you haven't already just in case ✌
