The video about Mr. Beast helped me make a comparison to what I knew from some of the other things I watched. I feel like a lot of YouTube is dedication too, because I know someone who's posting reaction videos everyday who has gotten 1k subs in 2 months! I'm already on my 4th month and have 400 subs, tho my content might be kinda niche but I have been putting in the work with promoting and uploading as constantly as I can (I can't every day but I try every week). Any suggestions from there?
