@flookypoo

you know the tabs that you push in order to demount the stabs? if u push the stabs in and those tabs don’t go back, then the key wont spring up

@992evo

Bro, u pulled them out too far and now it’s gone off the wire And the only way to get it back in is to desolder, personal experiences

Only fix for this is to desoulder the key, remove your stab and fit the wire back in its place (the wire locks onto the housing) until then dont do anything. You can forcefully try to clip that wire back in place but you might end up damaging your pcb and then its RIP to the keyboard. Don't touch anything until you desolder that swtich P.S Never buy non hot swap board if you wanna do modding. Not worth it.

@TheBurningMoney

With the smaller keys you can take off the stabilisers bc they don’t even do much

This happened to me and I ended up breaking my backspace. 💀

You have to get the wire end in first, the get the mount end in last, I had the same issue a couple months back as I was trying to tune my stabs without desoldering. You also have to bend the wire a tad to clip the stab back in to the wire.

@clains4142

basically take both the stabs out there should then be the metal wire snap the wire out then put the stabs in, it also makes it sound better

@oGurk

You’re kinda screwed because there’s a chance that you snapped the stabilizer bar

@anthnyjhn

I experienced this not just once. I just cut the part that is preventing the stabs to go back using a nail clipper. I know, it might damage the stabs but it's better than a stucked stabilizer.

@Silverrrealm

Use a piece of floss and wrap it around the wire after that pull the wire while it’s inside the stem of the stab to the point the wire sits above where it is and seat it into place. I’ve been through this before and it makes your fingers hurt

@Pandered

I think you popped the wire

@alex126playz6

You have to desolder your switches and stabs, put thrm in place and solder

@calotanicholas9070

You need to place the wire until it clicks. Same thing happened to me
