😔. Sadly this is a two-tiered justice system that benefits the ruling class over the poor

Not fair that not much consideration is given to the poor and that WE, Jamaicans, have been treated like second-class citizens.

This has to be a trick question because we all know the truth and the fact that as a media house you pose this question you are well aware of it too, rather lets talk about the division of jamaicans into their different groups, Jamaicans are so divided whether it is the workplace, the church or even within our own families, so many little things tends to divide us its no wonder we are divided in bigger things

Its not just here. It happens everywhere. The privileged is pardoned most times.

I am a past student of a very prominent girls school who grew up middle middle class. There is absolutely two class systems when it comes to justice in Jamaica. Most times because those same judges are near or in the same circle of friends as the guilty rich person or they feel the poor are less than and deserve less mercy.

I would say only one justice system in Jamaica and it's for the rich. The lower class don't get any justice...

I hope this is not just a poll; but one that can be looked at and seriously considered based on the concerns/votes of the population. I hope for a better Jamaica! Blessings 🙏

The sad reality is that there are two Jamaicas: one for the rich, the other for the poor. The rich are virtually untouchable and they exercise their power and dominance by controlling both the Government and the poor with their wealth and money.
