Jhent

Hey! If you get a message from a trusted friend or someone you know on discord asking you to play test a game that their friend made. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Their account has been compromised and they are trying to hack your account as well. This is what the website looks like and what the link looks like imgur.com/rOHHqbJ (aspect ratio wont let me upload directly). Clicking the link and going to the site wont get you hacked or anything. You need to download the file and run it for anything to actually happen.

I fell for the scheme since I had a close friend message me about it so I didnt suspect anything till it was too late. Stay safe out there everyone, and if you have me added on discord. Dont click any links I send for now.

Hey, would you play test a game my friend made?

@HawkeGaming

This applies for any .exe file, not just games from Itch.io

Someone I didn't even know was asking me to play test their game earlier today, good thing that I don't answer DM's from people I don't know apparently
