Dream designs are basically located on a huge spectrum. On one end, we have adorable, sweet blob Dream. On the other, we have eldritch nightmarefuel. ...I think it's pretty clear into which category your animation falls. (It's super cute and smooth!)

Dream XD is the keeper of thr dsmp universe and just names its self after what ever the strongest being it finds and adds XD. It is currently scouting the universes it has collected looking for something that can defeat dream and change its name as we speak. <3 your art
