My name is Anthony. I am an 8th-grade student with Autism in Raleigh, NC. I am writing to you today with a "business proposal" for my school. This year, one of my projects for school was to write a persuasive essay about why Minecraft is educational for kids. Not only did I have to write the essay, but I also had to poll the staff and students and then present everything to my principal. I used RonaldOMG and his videos as part of my presentation. Our school is a school for students with exceptional needs who have Autism. Our principal decided that Minecraft would help the students to regulate emotions, build strong social ties, and improve other cognitive abilities. As a result of all of my hard work, she agreed to allow me to start the FIRST EVER LEARN WITH THE BEST GAMING CLUB!!!! Our club now meets twice a week; one group for the high schoolers and one group for the middle schoolers. The best part of all is that I am the teacher for the middle school group. Ronald has been my inspiration for playing Minecraft and Roblox from the time I first started watching his videos and the videos with Karina. They have been such an inspiration to me that I also started my OWN YouTube Channel so that I can now teach others virtually. Having Autism can be very challenging. There are many different types of strategies that I have to learn to use to teach the students in my Gaming Club. I am reaching out to you today (my mom is helping me write this letter so that it sounds official...) to see if Ronald could play Roblox, Minecraft, or Among Us with me (or the Gaming Club). It would mean the world to me and my fellow students to see that goals can really be achieved if you put your mind to them. While I know that Ronald gets many messages from fans daily, this request goes above the normal "fan club" wishlist because it truly has impacted my life and that of many others. It will continue to do so. In my opinion, RonaldOMG is the best YouTuber ever and I think we have a lot in common! I look forward to hearing from you and I am truly hopeful that Ronald might be able to take just a little bit of time out to continue to make our dreams a reality.
