Honestly, becoming a full-on TF2ber can be harmful for the future of a YT channel, so IMO you should make all types of content as long as it's what you want to do. Being this early into your YT channel growth and making these decisions is as good as it can get. I'll surely enjoy the content you upload as long as it's interesting. Keep up the quality, mister

I found your channel by your TF2 videos, but I really liked your videos about potions and sandbox survivals. There were great videos!

I'd highly advise NOT becoming a TfTuber. It's a huge dedication. Although it's something we all would like to do, you'll eventually find yourself becoming stuck solely creating tf2 content. People will have high expectations for that content. There will be moments where you want to deviate from tf2 content and unfortunately, people will begin to hate and tune out. There are examples of specific TFTubers becoming trapped and constantly making tf2 content they aren't happy with. Don't let others control YOUR content! Do what you want to do! I personally have caught myself in a spiral with my YT content. I uploaded commentary vids a few years ago that received decent view counts, but as soon as I deviated from my "typical content" my viewership plummeted. Commentaries weren't something I was satisfied with anymore. My advice, if you want to create different content for your channel... Try not to brand yourself as a TFTuber (completely up to you). This is your channel! Upload whatever makes you happy! Don't get sucked into the same loophole I once did! I'll support you in any type of content you make!

My content is mostly TF2 videos, but I also have Left 4 Dead 2 videos with my friends, both of which are on my main channel (this one). Having a second channel might be enticing, but I would only make one and be consistent with uploads on it if I were to have a much bigger audience. Though I actually have one right now, It only holds stuff like green screen effects and video game OST. I'd stick with maintaining the main channel for now, since that's where your audience is coming to the most.

This is your channel man you do what! I wouldn't mind maybe watching other video topics.

I would recommend against becoming a fuil TFTuber, for a few reasons. Firstly, it could harm future prospects if you were to diverge from TF2 content. Secondly, I, and the majority of the people responding to this poll, would also watch your other videos if they were interesting to us. Thirdly, the main factor in deciding what to do on a youtube channel is if you, yourself, want to make those videos. Restricting yourself to TF2 content is really not a good idea. So please, continue doing what you like, as that is what most people here like too.

the alchemy video was really, really good; not to mention labelling yourself as a tf2uber on your main channel has affected many content creators. I'd say you can still label yourself as a mixed channel, it's better for both the growth and probably your mental health and burnout.

you know what, I love you watches videos not tied to a single topic with a semi toxic community

I personally have only watched the TF2 videos, but if you want to make the other content then you may as well keep making it as it might also pick up traction down the line. It's not always stuff that I want to see but if you did end up doing something non-TF2 related that I enjoy I'd likely watch that, and I think that goes for most people

I'll probably only watch the TF2 videos, but do whatever you want. It's your channel. Don't let your viewers dictate what you play, ever. Never lock yourself into a corner of "I only do this", especially for TF2. Please always remember that none of your viewers are entitled to any particular kind of video. Play what you like, upload what you like, and do it on your OWN terms. As Kitty0706 said, "Do what you love."

I'd advise against going full TF2ber, and I have the same sentiments with the people here. Just try doing topics on whatever you like to discuss, and make videos about. If you're currently interested in dking TF2 analysis for now, then that's good, keep at it. If the time comes you want to do a video of another game, then I'll be here to watch it too. Put your interest first, and your viewer's second. Personally, I enjoyed watching your essay and analysis videos.

Do what you love. If that's TF2 great, if not cool. 99% of my videos are TF2, but I don't feel beholden to only making TF2 content. If you force yourself to make content you don't want to, it will show and you will burn out. Do whatever feels right to you as a creator.

The quality of your videos is in general great so i will watch most of them unless is s topic i might find to boring, also dont become a tf2ber with the current state of the game

I will watch whatever you publish, but I am in a TF2 phase at the moment and happened upon your “hEaVy tAkeS sKiLL” video a few days ago. Just make whatever you want, but don’t dig yourself a grave.

So I know lots of the people that've found me recently only care for the TF2 videos, and that's cool and the prospect of becoming a TFTuber is a neat one, and I'll always make TF2 videos since it's a game I cherish and have been playing since I started playing video games at a much younger age on my brother's computer, but I've always used this as a creative outlet for whatever gaming topic or video idea I felt like. Now I feel as though I have an obligation to post *specifically* TF2 videos.
Depending on the results of this poll I might designate this channel to specifically TF2 videos and create other gaming related videos on a separate unrelated channel.
Just wondering what you all think.
