Hi Mellowb1rd, I’ve had activity similar since I was a child for years, though not this extreme. I’ve never done anything to cause it but have been able to communicate with spirits. Neither good or bad, is just is. I guess some attract them, i can’t sense these though, the energy from them is the same as the living or those who are on this density (humans and other animals), maybe why they can move stuff, we just can’t perceive them, but other animals can.
