Have you ever done a What I eat in a day (when I'm not filming) type of video? It would be interesting for uns to see just how much your work has impacted your routine.

Please try something from A.T.E.! Maybe Andrew's 20 pounds of onions dishes. Or try making all 4 of the tofu dishes, since all of them together would make a full course meal.

Probably not something you can do now but it would be cool if you can test out dry aging

You could try some Arab/Turkish dishes, or just one. Idk if there's anyone who really did any of these cuisines.

Pavlova! It's a kiwi desert, sorta like a cake made out of Meringue, and super delicious!

I would love to see you make something that's on the edge of your abilities, even if you mess it up. I really like watching the learning process, especially with a good cook and a hard dish.

Some of your favourite recipes! It can be ones that you're now learning to make yourself or from childhood. In a way it can be something you enjoy making and go back to in the future. Perhaps a special series you can do episodes on whenever you like...I thought why not make something you like and you are passionate about to share☺️ Best of luck!

Scones please. I have such difficulty making light crumbly scones. You could compare the recipes from Cupcake Jemma, Claire Saffitz, Martha Stewart, and Preppy Kitchen. I’d like to know which one is easiest and tastiest. And I know Claire’s one is savoury but I still think it’s comparable given that the method is what really interests me.

I just found your channel and have been loving it David. I would personally love to see you tackle an Epicurious's 4 levels of cooking as a Versus. I also one of their Home Cook/Pro Chef ingredient swaps, and make the elevated cheaper dish. I haven't seen one of their recipes on the channel yet and would love to see how you tackle them. I've been binging your stuff for about a month, and will continue down the rabbit hole. Thank you for putting out really good stuff!

Chicken Adobo. Every one who makes or tries this dish says it's one of the best things they've eaten so I really want to see you tackle it. It doesn't look hard to do either.
