The cop was acting within the bounds of the law, so he has to be lawful good. Ali purposefully is on the run from the law, but has good moral convictions. He is NG. Nam isnt lawful neutral, rather neutral evil can be argued or even lawful evil since he made(or at least supports) an effectively fair game. Gi-Han is NOT TN, closer to either side of good or evil, but closer to neutral good.

Idk, this may still looke like a "Lawful means very good, Neutral means good, and Chaotic means not so good" when, lets face it, Chaotic Good and Neutral Good are much more "extreme" than lawful good.
