LFAMV's

Starting today, COPPA will act a bit more aggresive on Youtube. In the email I received I can already see some contradicting ideas.

Like how it says here that nobody knows the content as good as the creator, therefore allowing them to set their content themselves as made for kids or not.
Yet, they also talk about using machines which will check the content if it’s rightfully set for ‘not made for kids’? And will change that if it’s ‘incorrect’?

I’m sorry but didn’t they just say how nobody knows the content as good as the creator?

I know animation is still considered ‘made for kids’, but I refuse to set my video’s ‘made for kids’ for that wrong idea. So if my channel will be shut down, I don’t fucking care.

I’m looking forward to the $45.000 fines YouTube, and have a nice day.
