I usually shop used anyways so there's always great deals to be had on motherboards that are only one or two generations behind!

I say $100 and under because if you're on a short budget no motherboard in this category can go wrong. Especially with socket am4s because the cpus are so upgradable. When I built mine I snagged a asrock b450m steel legend pro for $100 nd it has a ton of features!!

I build a fair few PCs each year, I will usually cut back budget on motherboard and plumb it in the power supply. Its funny how people will spend ££££££ on case and motherboard and go ££ on PSU. Keep up the good work bless

Under 100 but I mainly build around the $500-700 budget. I tend to blow most of the budget on the and CPU and GPU

How much do you set aside for your motherboard when thinking about a PC Build and why? ( £ / $ / € )
