Reproduction of your music is illegal when others claiming it as their own. But using it as for entertainment and giving you credits is appropriate specially for BGM purposes like the small YouTube channels while they streaming... IMHO hope those other channels license it to you who wants to reproduce it on other video and give credits to it's real owner, but your channel says it copyright free and they abusing it and don't give any credits while claiming it blatantly as theirs😿.... Feel FREE to report it to stop this disrespectful ac

I'm really grateful to see this announcement - and I hope that you can come to terms with your CC license or make your own independently standing usage terms - I really respect and admire that you acknowledge this - starting now if you made any kind of change to your licensing, it would have impacts on all future content. (though for retroactive implementation - I don't know how CC handles that, and it would better to ask them about it than to rely on anything I might know about it.) You make really good music for games, background music for commentary, or drawing/writing that can be really inspiring - and it's a good thing to acknowledge what you as an author value with your creations, and it's why I suggest pursuing your own licensing if that's a possibility. Assuming this was done: so long as you aren't proprietary in your works, you are likely to be able to run the way you used to, just with more control for fringe cases like blatant reupload or lack of attribution - and this shouldn't affect genuine creators unless you choose to do so. If you do take this path, it's good to remember the only person who can enforce it is you; Only you can decide whether a violating instance is or isn't by context under your own definitions. With CC, it's a fairly black-white coat of paint (as to be openly clear as possible) - what is stated as a right of the license is not to be infringed - and what is not stated as a right is up to the author to enforce - this is true for your own definitions too. But by nature, the CC license requires that BY is a right (that content may be posted or used so long as it is attributed.)

I respect your choice to any license you want, but the CC licence is irrevocable. Those videos are authorised reproduction even if you regret it. You can ask for voluntary deletion, but not take them down. Licensing is hard, I'm sorry this happened. I recommend you reserve all rights to your future works and simply state what usage you authorise. Also, maybe change the license to your existing uploads, but anyone who downloaded them before the change can follow the CC terms and reupload them under those terms too. In any case, CC preserves your right to attribution. If someone uses your CC works without attribution, feel free to take that down.

Uploading your music without creating ANYTHING original from it is lazy and insulting. I think creators should be allowed to implement guidelines to content, free or not. Might want to add that you do not approve of that kind of content in a readme file and in the description.

Just stop saying your music is royalty free/CC. Problem solved.

I apologize to everyone for the inconvenience this has caused.
I regret my lack of awareness of the CC license and the fact that I angrily submitted a request to remove dozens of reprinted videos.
If requested, I will submit a request to YouTube to withdraw the deletion.
However, there is no change in my feeling that I do not approve of unauthorized reproduction.
In the future, I promise not to immediately submit a request for deletion, but to first send a warning message to the poster and ask for voluntary deletion.
