@shwank1968

I just wanted to thank you for your great vidieosMy dad died last summer and I have taken over his Bee yard. I helped him for years but, still dont consider myself a experienced Bee keeper. Your Vidieos are so full of good advice and tips, you really helped me out this year with the idea of using starter strips, a simple enough idea but I didn't think of it. My dad had bought some foundation quit a while back for illinos hives and it was the wrong size for his boxes so it sat on a self until I watched your vid's about using starter strip, It saved me this summer! I saved a lot buy that one sugggestion and the Bee's really drew those out well, I was very happy, I will continue to to watch your stuff keep it coming and thanks, a new bee keeper form West Virginia

David at Barn Yard bees makes a lot of good informational videos, especially at making splits and multiplying bees! Some of the best information I've come across! Thank you so much David!

@Misha-tz4ve

Please make a video dedicated purely to how to do splits safely and correctly!! Show all the different ways to split your bees and make as many splits as possible and explain in detail how they work. That would be awesome! Love from Cape Town, South Africa

I will be entering the beekeeping fraternity/sorority in the Spring of 2019. I have recently reserved a Nuc with Barnyard bees and I am so excited. Spring can't get here fast enough. Your videos has provided me a wealth of practical knowledge. I am interested in seeing videos or just hearing your take on foundationless beekeeping; i.e. Warre and Top Bar Bee hives. If you have already spoken on this topic please forward me the link. Keep up the great work!

Bee tips are nice. Maybe some things people (like myself) can do to help bees out even if you don't want to be a beekeeper. (I just worry I'll get stung or that my hive would die. Both would make me sad)

Hi David, we have bees on a farm in Australia and love your videos, we have to reverse the seasons, however, but learn a lot from you. Thanks for taking the time to help us learn all the tricks of the trade. Belinda & Brendan

@lialos

David, I would love to have a quick video that describes your "brick" labeling system. How do you lay the brick, in what orientations to tell the beekeeper the status of the hives. By watching your videos, I have interpreted flat down and running the length of the hive is Queenright, and on edge is "split needs a queen" I think. Tell us your system!

David, I'd like to see a video explaining all the pieces and parts in your bee yard. Maybe things for the different seasons. I see your nucs and there's something on top? Not sure if it's a feeder or a way to ventilate? I understand the Langstrom, the nucs, mini-nucs, etc but maybe tricks and specialty items. Thx

How to split.. And feed splits. Small Spits.

@charlesthomas5737

David, make a video on queen rearing, I am sure that you have to graft and set up a cell builder hive and a cell finisher hive in order to supply all the queens that you need for all the Nuc's that you sell.

@CherubiJubell

Or maybe seeing how bees react to things? The ones where you introduced new queens were pretty interesting. Are there other things you could introduce that the bees might interact with?

I follow alot of beekeepers on YouTube, your videos are the best! I really don't know how you do so much with one hand. I think it was The Fatbeeman said something about 🐝 s having to fly/find water and if you put a hive top feeder on filled with just water, they will have more time to work on other things. You have your bigger honey hives in your yard, where you do most of your videos. Can you figure out a way to test this, I don't know how but it would be a good video
