I have a thriving colony of snails! They seem to out compete my shrimp so I have to cull them every so often.

Can you post a vid of you making your own shrimp food pls? The vids ive seen so far my other creaters are either too complicated or i just dont rlly like it. I trust you tho as your shrimps are beautiful. So.. i hope you would make one 😆

Got some planaria, that hitch hiked on some moss that was in the shrimp tank when I purchased the shrimp. Once I noticed them crawling in the glass. I used some of those glass, flat worm and leech traps. Took about a 3-4 weeks using them every other day to get rid of them all. Was probably a little over a 100 planaira by the time I stopped catching any

Have a snail leech problem. Just picking them out with tweezer when I see them. I’ve read they can only harm the shrimp if they have just molted. When I see the odd one on a shrimp I put the shrimp in a little holding container floating in the tank and add some blood worms. Overnight they fall off and head for the bloodworms.

I used rigid tube and a air line to get rid of my scuds and didn't have to reset...just sucked them out with every water change and added them to a fish tank so they had to chase there snacks
