TruBBQtv John Foley

What's up fellow bbq lovers?!! It has been a long long long time since I've uploaded anything new and I apologize. I moved, bought a house, got married, had a kid, then another kid... so I've been sort of busy. It's no excuse though. Anyways, I want to start making NEW videos this spring and brainstorming now what I want to make. What would you like to see this year? Let me know!!!

And as always, keep those pits hot and your beer cold. Cheers!

John

Welcome back! I learned how to make ribs from your kettle video. I've never done a brisket before. That would be something I'd be interested in watching!

I learned how to make ribs on the kettle from you and now I’m hooked. Got myself a WSM to compliment the kettle so I blame you for my addiction. Thank you and congrats on the new home and family! Welcome back!

I’m forever in debt to you John Foley! You taught me how to smoke ribs using my Weber Kettle & smoking meats on my Weber became my new hobby in 2020. My first ribs were so good that my wife, who loves bbq but not a big rib fan, tried them & said they were so tasty & tender. She’ll only eat ribs that I smoke. Throughout the pandemic shut down I smoked ribs, a Boston butt, sausages, chicken & most recently a bologna. I’ve missed your videos & actually wondered throughout 2020 if you were going to release more videos. Glad to hear you’re doing well. Congratulations on the marriage & children. Look forward to the new videos. Sincerely Kendal

I forgot to add what I’d like to see. Of all things, I can’t seem to cook a good steak. Its either too pink or too well done. I need help.
