I just started your workouts and I'm curious if there is something I'm doing wrong to get to my goals. I want to lean out and lose 20-30 more pounds but I feel like I've tried everything and it hasn't worked. I've tried workouts similar to yours, eating at a calorie deficit and even eating more and still nothing...any suggestions?
