Please do some spring-themed recipes! With March and lots of its seasonal produce blooming, dishes with those ingredients will be much-appreciated. Sarah Carey and Shira would be wonderful!

1) Oat milk that isn't slimy 2) Spanish rice that doesn't come out mushy 3) I know you guys already have a video on baked sweet potato fries, but you NEED to update it to the corn starch slurry method (a la Ethan Cheblowski/America's Test Kitchen)- a game changer.
