@KlarraDaniele

More “how to vids” such as your vids like how to correct imbalances, example: how to build quads, shoulders etc, how to eat: intake vs expenditure. Share with us the process of how to build a strong, total body from the ground up, so more info for beginners so people can safely advance themselves, and then maybe a similar series for intermediate and then advanced athletes. Thank you and I love you! You inspire me greatly!

Straight Up Physical Therapy Stefi. You’re a licensed DPT so I’d like to see some shoulder rehab and rehab of all other joint injuries incurred in powerlifting.

Something similar to your hip shift video. For example, how to keep good form while lifting heavy, how to deal with muscle imbalances and physiological limitations like scoliosis or lateral pelvic tilt to name a few

I'd love to see an episode on gym etiquette and manners. I find a lot of people, from the noob to the biggest power lifter, could be reminded.

1: What we should and shouldn't do. For example you showed why we shouldn't stretch prior to workout but didn't explain what we should do prior to workout. 2: best supplements that actually work and why. 3. Workouts for women/men to best target muscle groups ie your chest activation video was great. 4. More content for women, my gf is a fan of yours. I didn't even know that women sometimes feel fat even though they are in good shape or the hormonal issues while still trying to he consistent in the gym
