I love Bobby's videos...I am probly going with Hamilton Home (Jackson) if I can get 2×8 floor joists....I will use the extra space in utility room for easy access to broom/dustpan and vacuum cleaner.......Most floorplans don't give you this storage space. Stay Clean!
