My dog don't potty after meal.she potting more than 3 times. She is very thin.how to control her putty schedule.

My mom and dad are trying to train are 2 month frenchie, we need to find a training video so we can know how to train her right, she is biting, biting on her cage and she once peed on the carpet, we got her on sep (thursday) so she really doesn't know alot about training, but she pees on her pads and outside. P.S: Please respond to this, we need this recommended to my moms account, and i cant tell her account name without her perms.
