Another example of a one hit wonder whose egos exceeded their talent way too soon. They played 2 songs at a WGN (local Chicago television station) morning news live broadcast in Naperville IL at an event, to promote their appearance at the Taste of Chicago this weekend. Fans asked to take photos with them afterward but they exited the stage and ran to their RV. My 12 year old daughter was one of them. She asked politely and the little chubby lead singer said “sorry, gotta go.” It’s amazing how fast these groups forget who pays their bills. She immediately said they are a bunch of phonies and won’t spend another cent on their music. This was not a big crowd. It was a Friday morning at 9:45 am. If they spent an hour with the fans everyone would have gotten to take a picture and meet them. But they couldn’t be bothered. Hopefully they’ll get a proper ChiRaq welcome the next time they forget their place. They might not “owe” anything to anybody, but tell that to collector. Lovelytheband is lovelythejagoffs. They should be ashamed of themselves.
