I say go for it! Honestly, I’m a type 2 diabetic and can’t eat the food I watch on videos. It would be great to start craving healthy foods because of watching you cook and eat them! 💚

Whatever you want to eat is fine by me. If you would benefit from a lower car intake, that's fine--some people need less simple carbs and higher complex fats and fibers and that's fine. No dietary track is going to match everybody. As long as YOU are enjoying the food, we will too 💗
