Hey everyone! I NEED YOUR HELP! I'm producing a 30 day FREE FitnessJourney, for everyone to follow along & get back into the rhythm of feeling more like themselves. This will be x5 follow along progressive workouts per week, for 30 days.
Should I:
1. Post x5 workouts per week on YouTube 2. Only upload them to my website & notify you in videos so you can follow 3. Create a band new workout channel so I don't spam this channel with content not everyone wants.
If I do post it on here, I'm sure a lot of people would be open minded & want to challenge themselves, but I dont want to overwhelm this channel as its primarily a vlog channel!
So what do you think / do you have any more suggestions?
