Tore the tendons in my right knee during an accident at a trampoline playhouse when I was 29. Took 2 years to heal. I still felt occasional pain in my knee even after it healed. But now, with DDPyoga, my knee is getting stronger.

Hurt my lower back so bad I could barely walk, when I was younger thinking I'm strong for my size. Now I realize I'm just strong smelling. DDPY has helped a ton, ben doing it for 1year+ I highly recommend it

Losing my leg above knee when I was 28 in a traumatic car crash. I am turning 56 next month and I have finally lost my mojo. Horrid.

Got hit by a car on a motorcycle. Tib/fib, along with torn ligaments in my knee, broke all my toes bad, bled for 4 months lolโฆ Told me Iโd walk with a limp and a cane the rest of my life, and that I didnโt need a 3rd surgery because I no longer played competitive sports. Could run a full sprint a year later, and 20 years later became a firefighter/paramedic and did my first half-Ironman ๐ช

Yeah ....they did a spinal fusion on me that never fused... My life is horrible I wanted to have a giant 40th birthday party... That never happened I've been stuck in my house for 3 years

I got wrestling/football tackled by someone wearing boxing gloves; during MMA training. I was 29 and a skinny nerd. His gloves were under my ribcage right around my kidneys when I hit the mat. I could feel the severe bend backwards in my spine. I couldn't afford a doctor so I just had to make it work with yoga and light calisthenics and then slowly work into weight training. Took about a year to finally not feel weird. Almost 43 now, and still a skinny nerd, but my back still works great. By the way, @gangreldavidheath hurt his back recently and he can't wrestle right now. Maybe you have some tips for him. https://youtu.be/VXiu03WI1RA
