2 fried eggs (over easy) with white rice. I like the calrose rice. The kind of rice at Hawaiian bbq places. Hey I have Asian roots after all 😀

To me it's weird to eat one thing because breakfast is a big deal in Turkey. Some kind of eggy dish (something different every day) different jams, so many kinds of cheese, olives, butter, cream, honey, tea. A good variety of food. A normal sunday breakfast would go for an hour.

I would prefer avocado toast but avocados could be expensive in my country. I have to wait until they are in season to get the locally grown from family who have avocado trees.
