People who can wait once per month have the patience of a Saint. I vote once per week. Honestly I weigh myself every night and every morning while fasting, I need to know lol

John, weigh yourself daily, take note of the daily readings, then add them together at the end of the week, then divide the total by 7, giving you the average allowing for natural fluctuations. Stay strong fella, youโre doing awesome ๐

Just piggybacking off some of the comments- I agree with once per week. Make sure to place an ad right b4 you weigh in. That's the part that people on a journey in general are interested to know. From watching now, you only have one at the beginning and one at the end. Good luck!!! You have inspired me to start a channel up again.

I say once per week. You said you want to transition into making youtube more of a full-time thing. Weekly weigh-ins will increase your views and engagement much more than the other options, in my opinion.

I think every other week works... Gives you a chance for a noticeable change, all I would say is keep the videos coming frequently, regardless if you're weighing in or not!

Once a week because we want to know! I would even like a daily weigh in to show the natural ups and downs that accompany any loss, but I understand with your obsession issues that may not be healthy for your mental health. Love how sharing you are about your journey. God bless you and your family.
