How do you deal with the stress and anxiety about drawing or starting something creative? How do you deal with self-sabotage or high expectations/perfectionism? I really struggle with « having fun » when I draw and it’s very ironic considering that it’s my passion in life... I became very hard on myself regarding Art because it matters so much to me, and it sadly started to feel like a chore when I have to start :/ !
