As much as my heart hurts I won’t see you girls all together in one place, just know you will always have a special place in my heart. I see RBW’s approach to management as a masterclass in wasted potential, like a permissive parent of a gifted teenager. It’s one thing to be your child's 'friend,' but it's a complete dereliction of duty to provide no structure, direction, or active support, leaving them to simply run amok. This company excels at recruiting world-class raw talent, only to utterly fail in its core, justifiable purpose: to be an architect of their success. They play the comfortable role of the 'cool buddy,' but that is not their job. Their one job is to actively promote and strategically guide their artists to success, not sit on the sidelines waiting for the idols to figure it out themselves. From a Western perspective, their model is both baffling and exploitative. They invest upfront, recoup their costs quickly, and assume almost no risk while reaping nearly all the rewards, tossing their hardworking idols mere scraps if there's anything left. It’s a crummy, low-risk, high-reward operation for the company alone. Ultimately, they have a single responsibility that justifies their entire existence: to promote and guide. Instead, they adopt a passive "sink or swim" approach. When you have a roster as talented as Purple Kiss, that isn't management, it’s negligence. It's a tragic abandonment of their primary function and a shameful waste of incredible potential.
