My favorite isn’t listed. But it’s the February 1964 concert at the philharmonic that produced My Funny Valentine and Four + More. I don’t think there’s a better live performance by Miles than that and I love a lot of them.

The complete, unedited, MILES AT FILLMORE (1970)...is PHENOMENAL!! It's UNFORTUNATE...that in 1969-70, the Jazz critics seemed to OVERLOOK what Miles was achieving at this time, with this particular band. Incredible. Only until recently, in the last 12yrs. or so, has any Jazz musician attempted a similar result.

I don't know which concert was best not being at most but I always thought "So What" was his best piece of pure music and his best solo on it. So clean so forceful so Miles. His solo cuts like a sharp sword.

None of the ones on this list, really. My favorites are Dark Magus, Agharta, Live at Newport 1969 and Live at Isle of Wight 1970.
