The God emperor put together a fleet large enough to conquer the galaxy with more than a million inhabited planets and an army of 2 million super soldiers with billions of unenhanced regular soldiers. Forget his psyker powers he is a unchallenged genius in everything he touches including coordinating a galaxy spanning crusade.

Commander Shepard is a great diplomat and soldier. The Emperor just made a hammer bigger than anyone else could make. The kid, don't know anything about him. Thrawn was probably a bigger threat to the new republic than a fully functioning death star would have been.

Dude Ender Killed an entire Species far more advanced then human kind, extinction, then he travelled outside of the universe where all things are made and created, including "souls", I'd say that puts him up top.

shep underrated. what he/she accomplished was on the same level as the other guys but did it with one ship and a dozen soldiers. if shepard was given longterm command of an entire loyal empire who knows what could be achieved

Although I would vote Thrawn, simply due to his sheer genius and ability to wage an almost successful galactic conquest starting out with only 12 Star Destroyers, of which 6 were of questionable loyalty to him, the God Emperor is simply that and so much more. Therefore, I think the Emperor slams.

While the emperor would likely win and certainly had some good military feats he is so many things that I hesitate to vote for him, he is soldier, warrior, scientist, statesman, immortal and so much more. Ender is a brilliant tactician an strategist but is purposely kept out of important parts of leadership. Thrawn is a pure military commander. He is a master of everything from logistics to grand strategy to small scale tactics. He is my pick. Shepard is the best soldier/diplomate but never really commands a force bigger than a squad they do alot with that squad but most of what we see is an agent/ spec ops rather than a military leader

Two are protags, one a video game protag, so their feats are all over the place. Thrawn is a villain so he is doomed to lose. And the Emperor is a plot device with a personality. Most heroes rely on deus ex machina, he IS deus ex machina. I will go with Sheppard

This has to be between thrawn and the emperor and for as good as thrawn is how can you compete with the god emperor who if all else fails can simply out live you and destroy your successors. Also his opponents were gods and the only reason he did so poorly during the Hersey is because Magnus recked the webway and he had to spend all his time trying to save it or stoping demons rushing through.
