As a long time follower who already gained a lot from your content I would love to watch your take on good posture. Maybe in a series of videos. How important is good posture? What affects your posture? How can you increase your posture? How to maintain a good posture in day to day life? That would be great.

I am a recent subscriber and I love how watching your videos has given me ideas, small things to add and tweak to the daily routine. Just recently bought a LaCrosse Ball and used it after watching your MFR videos for lower back pain. What a revelation!!! Ideas for the future: joint health maintenance in working out and heavy lifting, and anything to counter the effects of sitting... Unfortunately I have had to work sitting down all during Covid and will only get back to a standing desk in July... Thank you for all the work you put in, your videos are so useful and just the right length imho. And you do provide additional motivation by your charisma and being very easy on the eyes... ;-) Keep it up!

I am still young but my knees are weak. Went to the physio and apparently my thighs had done all the work, leaving me with strong quads, weak glut, back pain and an outward turned knee caps. I would really appreciate on some exercise to focus on strengthening the ligaments that pull the knee cap back into place and gluts.... if its not too much to ask? 😊😊😊 Thank you for all you are doing. it really hel
